IFS officer Himanshu Tyagi shared a story of two friends from IIT Delhi on social media who started their UPSC journey together and after enduring some challenges, they succeeded in their chosen fields. As shared in the X post, one of the friends joined the Indian Police Service, while the other failed and started his own coaching classes. The retired IPS officer now lives on his pension, whereas the other one owns a flourishing business of Rs 2000 crore.

IFS Himanshu Tyagi shared the success stories of these two IITian friends on X. One friend successfully joined the Forest Service, and later cracked UPSC, becoming an IPS officer. The other friend, who had failed in UPSC, went on to start coaching for IIT-JEE. Today, he has a net worth of Rs 2000 crore. The coaching institute ranks among the top in India and continues to expand. Irrespective of how their journeys turned out to be, both of them achieved success with their own hard work.

Furthermore, he confirmed that the story is real, however, he did not disclose the identity of the IITians. He highlighted that both friends achieved success in their respective ways.
