Pavan Davuluri has assumed the role as the new Microsoft Windows and Surface Chief. Previously, this position was held by Panos Panay, who left the company and joined the e-commerce giant Amazon. Pavan Davuluri has been appointed as the head of both groups Microsoft Windows and Surface. Media reports suggest that he will now report directly to Rajesh Jha, the executive vice president of Microsoft’s Experiences and Devices Group.

After completing his studies, Pavan embarked on his professional career at Microsoft. He has been working at Microsoft for a glorious tenure of 23 years.

The latter highlighted that the company would excel in producing Windows clients and cloud devices for the evolving AI era under Pavan Davaluri’s leadership. Pavan will lead the teams and directly report to Rajesh Jha. Moreover, the Windows team will continue working closely with AI, Silicon, and the Microsoft AI team.
