Inspiration from mother
Kalyan’s mother passed away some 6 years ago. His brother, Sanjay shares that their father was always busy with work, and it was their mother who was a constant guide for them. She would encourage her kids to focus on their studies to attain high level positions.
When the family was celebrating Kalyan’s success, the entire family felt the unbearable absence of their mother; she would have been the happiest with Kalyan’s success. Kalyan and his siblings feel grateful to their mother for raising them well and helping them become successful individuals in their lives.
Failure in UPSC exam
Sanjay Maurya shares that Kalyan Singh is currently working as an Assistant Manager at NTPC in Solapur, Mumbai. Kalyan always paid utmost attention to his studies; he was responsible and determined. In 2021, Kalyan appeared for UPSC exams and passed in the Mains exam. During the interview round, he could not perform his best and failed that round, falling short of 5 marks.
Jawaharlal Maurya has been working as a driver for many years. He never made his kids feel the need to ask for money from anyone outside the family. He had been praying for Kalyan’s success for years, and his dream finally came true after he qualified UPPSC-J exam.
