Despite his family's financial struggles, with his mother working as a cook in other people's homes and no funds for private tuition, Aashish Kumar cracked JEE exam with remarkable marks. After completing his class 10, he dedicated himself to preparing for the JEE exam. Aashish's journey is a source of inspiration for young people from underprivileged backgrounds who see financial limitations as a major barrier to achieving their dreams. 

Perseverance

Aashish Kumar lives in Noida. He is the youngest of four brothers. He gained attention through a video of his conversation with Physicswallah founder Alakh Pandey. In the video, Aashish explains that his mother supported him by working as a cook at other people's homes, covering all educational expenses. During his JEE preparation, he frequently questioned his chances of success. However, Aashish believed in himself and trusted the process. 

An achiever

Aashish Kumar secured the 3014th rank in the JEE Advanced 2024 exam and has been accepted into IIT Dhanbad to pursue a degree in computer science. He completed his schooling at a small school in Noida. Aashish's elder brother is employed, and he reflects on how their mother’s hard work enabled all four brothers to receive an education. Without her dedication and support, he and his brothers would not have been able o focus on their studies, as there was no one else in the family to provide guidance.

IIT dreams

During his school years, Aashish Kumar nurtured a dream of studying at IIT and began preparing for the JEE exam. Due to the family's poor financial situation, he couldn’t attend coaching classes and had to rely on self-study to achieve his goal. He successfully completed class 12 with incredible marks through his own efforts. Aashish's story demonstrates that with determination, even the greatest challenges become insignificant.
