In her complaint, the woman detailed the unsettling encounter, stating, "Today, I faced a situation where a security guard persistently stared at me while making suggestive gestures, including touching his private parts from across the platform. This disturbing incident occurred around 2:30 in the afternoon at Jalahalli metro station."

Feeling increasingly uncomfortable and unsettled by the unwarranted attention, the woman attempted to confront the individual, but he continued his inappropriate behavior. In response, she resorted to recording a video as evidence of the distressing encounter.

Subsequently, the woman shared the video with the Bengaluru metro authorities (#BMRCL), urging them to take stringent action against the individual. Despite her efforts, she alleged that the metro authorities failed to address her concerns. However, after learning about the incident, the Bengaluru Police contacted the woman and initiated an investigation.

Confirming the incident, Yashwant Chavan, spokesperson for the NammaMetro, stated, "The individual in question has a squint-eyed condition. The relevant authorities have been informed, and appropriate measures will be taken in response."
