Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged in a spiritual practice known as 'Surya Arghya' ritual during sunrise at the Vivekananda Rock Memorial as part of his meditation routine. This ritual involves offering salutations to the sun as a manifestation of the Almighty. In a video shared by the BJP on social media, PM Modi is seen pouring water from a traditional vessel into the sea and praying with folded hands.

Dressed in a saffron shirt, shawl, and dhoti, PM Modi appeared deeply focused as he meditated at the Dhyan Mandapam, surrounded by burning incense sticks. He also walked around the mandapam holding his prayer beads.

The Vivekananda Rock Memorial, situated in Kanniyakumari, is renowned for its breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. PM Modi's meditation session began on May 30 and is set to conclude on June 1.

Throughout the session, photographs captured PM Modi in various meditative postures, reflecting his dedication to spiritual practice. The serene atmosphere of the memorial, coupled with the tranquil surroundings, provided an ideal setting for the Prime Minister's meditation.
