Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka joined Congress in Telangana looking at the progress achieved on the principles laid by Jawahar Lal Nehru and many other leaders. Belonging to Dalit Community, he aspired to bring his community respect and love they truly deserve. The community has been oppressed and suppressed for long and many political parties have decided to give family and leaders belonging to their community priority. Congress did not follow such thinking and they have built their party on the principles of Jawahar Lal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. 

Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka rose among the ranks as a leader. He became MLC first and became a highly relevant leader from Telangana. He became a MLA from constituency Madhira, Khammam district in 2009. In 2011, he has been honored with Deputy Speaker post in United Andhra Pradesh till 2014. Upon formation of Telangana, he won twice from Madhira, Khammam district as MLA. He is currently Congress Legislative Party leader. 

Congress has given him opportunities to showcase his prowess in service and give example of his commitment to public. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka worked tirelessly to achieve this position. Congress proved to be the party that doesn't differentiate between people and give opportunities to people based on their ability but not their community or social status - rich or poor. Sabotaging the idea of power and position being "gifted" to few people and few leaders who are close to the higher authority, Congress has proved that they are the only political party that stands for unity and equality. 

Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka with his integrity and honesty showcased that he is worthy of opportunity. Now, he has rejuvenated Congress in Telangana with his walkathon over 100 days covering 1000 kms. He has become so popular and so close to people that he can be next CM candidate from Telangana for Congress.
