Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan has restarted his political adventure. Pawan Kalyan previously campaigned for the TDP-BJP coalition in the 2014 assembly election, which resulted in the alliance's win in the state.
However, he later distanced himself from both parties due to their inability to fulfill their pledge of granting Andhra Pradesh a special category state. Pawan Kalyan's bids to win seats in the 2019 elections from Gajuwaka and Bheemavaram were unsuccessful. This time, he is running for Pithapuram assembly seat.
When asked about his ambition to become the state's Chief Minister one day, the actor praised Nani Palkhivala, who wrote extensively about serving people in his novels "We the People" and "We the Nation". He highlighted that politics was largely about serving the people and providing leadership; if the opportunity presented, he would take it.
He went on to say that, similar to the spirit of the Gita, one should focus on doing their duty and leaving the outcome to the Almighty. Pawan Kalyan highlighted his commitment to addressing people's concerns, adding that serving the public was his top priority over seeking a certain political position.
