Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind took to Twitter to extend their wishes on Durga Ashtami. Durga Ashtami is celebrated on the 8th day of Durga Puja or Navratri.
New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday extended their greetings on the occasion of Durga Ashtami. Wishing the people, the Prime Minister prayed for their happiness and prosperity.
"Best wishes to Maha Ashtami Puja of Navratri. May Mahagauri, the Goddess of Durga Ashtami bring happiness, good luck and prosperity in everyone's life," he tweeted.
