Indigo flights have been a target of several complaints on the internet lately. Every time Indigo makes the headline, most of the time it is because of missing cushions or finding a screw in the sandwich.

But this time, an X (formerly Twitter) user has praised the low-cost airline for its efficiency and machines. The post read, “Unbelievable efficiency. My Indigo flight from Chennai landed and parked at the International terminal. Just out of curiosity checked it's schedule. The aircraft has been flying from 6am getting ready for 7th flight out of 8 schedules with 4 international legs! It will return to Bangalore tomorrow morning from Singapore! All of 24hrs machine is earning. Give the Devil it's due!”

 

 

The post currently has 242.9K views and several comments from netizens online sharing their opinions about Indigo. 

One user wrote, “One of the few companies in India that operate with world class efficiency. Had to break the general wisdom of not investing in airlines, have been rewarded well for it.”

The official account of Indigo also commented on the post appreciating the customer for noticing. The comment states, “Mr Rotti, thanks a bunch for acknowledging the effort put in by our teams to keep our flights running smoothly every day. It's all in a day's work for us, but it means a lot to hear that our customers notice and appreciate it. See you onboard soon :) ~Prabh”

Some people also expressed their doubts about the safety and maintenance of the aircraft. One user commented, “This is actually scary and I am not even sure if they doing maintenance properly or proper checks before every flight…”
