Ingredients

1 packet of Maggi noodles 
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup sweet corn
Fresh herbs

Instructions

1. Prepare the Maggi Noodles:
   - Heat one and a half cups of water in a pan. Add the Maggi noodles and cook according to the packet instructions, usually for about 2 minutes.
   - Add the Maggi tastemaker or seasoning that comes with the noodles. Stir well and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Make the Cheese Sauce:
   -  Take a pan, add butter after it has melted, add the flour, and cook for about a minute while stirring frequently.
   - Gradually stir in the milk, being careful not to create any lumps. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble.
   - Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheese, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
   - Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to the sauce to season it. Adjust seasoning to taste. 

3. Combine Ingredients:
   - Cook the onions until they become translucent. Add bell peppers and sweet corn, cooking until they are tender.
   - Add the cooked Maggi noodles to the pan with the vegetables and mix well.
   - Pour the cheese sauce over the noodles and stir to combine everything thoroughly.

4. Serve:
   - Garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor and a touch of color.
