Hyderabad: Baahubali director SS Rajamouli and actor Mahesh Babu plan on venturing into Bollywood in the year 2020. The duo enjoys a pan-India fan base and is keen on working together. The project is in its nascent stage with constant planning between the two despite being occupied with other projects.

According to speculation, KL Narayana, under the banner Sir Durga Arts production, will be financing the project. Rumours also suggest that MM Keeravani will be composing the music.     

Rajamouli is currently working on his magnum opus, RRR, scheduled to be released on Sankaranthi in 2020. The expected blockbuster stars Ram Charan Teja and Jr NTR in the lead roles. The work on the project with Mahesh Babu will commence soon after the release of RRR.

Mahesh Babu is busy completing Maharshi, directed by Vamsi Paidapally, scheduled to be released in April next year. Post Maharshi, he will be working with director Sukumar. The project will hopefully be over by the time RRR releases.
