Mumbai: Singer-turned-actor Mehfooz Khan is joining forces with Poonam Pandey once again. The duo is shooting for Lady Gabbar Singh, with Pandey stating that she dedicated this film to Pawan Kalyan, whose fame touched the skies with the success of Gabbar Singh.

Khan and Pandey had previously acted in Malini & Co in 2015 directed by Veeru. The Telugu-Hindi bilingual film's premise was based on terrorism. Mehfooz is known for his famous song “Johnnie Bottle”. Earlier he lent his voice to a song “Woh Pal” which was a label by T – series.  

He says, “I am feeling proud to be a part of Lady Gabbar Singh. More than that, I am happy that I am again working with Poonam Pandey. It is really an experience which will always be special for me.“ Director Veeru K is yet again wielding the megaphone for Lady Gabbar Singh. The film marks Mehfooz Khan Comeback in Tollywood.
