In a recent interview with Neha Dhupia on her chat show, Shahid Kapoor recalled his kissing scene with Kangana Ranaut in Rangoon. The actor said, "That's a really random question. Really random memories... Kuch yaad hi nahi aa raha hai. Blank ho gaya hoon main, yaar (I'm blanking out, can't seem to remember anything). If it was in the keechad (mud), it was keechady (muddy)."

Vishal Bharadwaj's Rangoon did not do well at the box-office. It, however, was the talk of the town because of the intimate scenes of the lead pair.

The question hasn’t just been posed to Shahid. Kangana, too, has been also asked about the kiss in old interviews in which she described the kiss as “disgusting”. The Queen star had said, "Shahid's moustache was horrible and it (kissing) was disgusting. Then he would keep telling me that he has a runny nose which helps it to stick."

Around that time, a news report based on Kangana and Shahid's “runny nose” episode also went viral. The Kabir Singh actor had then said, "I have to tell you that Kangana makes up things in her head. She has a vivid imagination. I don't remember telling her this at all."

Shahid Kapoor’s latest movie Kabir Singh, is all set to release on June 21. The actor will be seen romancing Kiara Advani. The movie is a Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy.
