Seetharama Kalyana: Karnataka chief minister son’s movie premiere brings political rivals together

Karnataka chief minister HD Kumaraswamy's son Nikhil's movie Seetharama Kalyana’s premiere show brought arch rivals in politics together in Bengaluru. From Siddaramaiah to KS Eshwarappa, leaders of all three major political parties – the JD(S), Congress and BJP were together in one cinema hall. The movie, which also has Rachita Ram in the lead role, is all set for release today (January 25). The Congress leader Siddaramaiah, Karnataka deputy chief minister G Parameshwara, Zameer Ahmed, Sowmya Reddy, DG and IGP Neelamani, Bandeppa Kashempur along with BJP leader Eshwarappa were spotted at Orion Mall in Bengaluru, where the premiere show was organised. In an unusual sight, Eshwarappa and Kumaraswamy were seen in jovial mood, shaking hands and whispering to each other. It is said that the chief minister had personally invited all the leaders over the phone.
