Petta star Rajinikanth recently met Shobha Chandrasekar, who is Tamil actor Vijay's mother. They interacted with each other at a wedding ceremony. After exchanging greetings with each other, they posed together for the shutterbugs upon request. And the photos are now going viral.

It is said that these photos have now united the fans of both Rajinikanth and Vijay. There have been many occasions when the fans of both the stars locked horns over box office collections of respective movies. The recent battle was over the box office collections of Vijay's Sarkar and Rajinikanth's 2.0.

 

 

On the work front, Vijay has started working on his next movie with Atlee Kumar. It is said to be a sports-drama in which Nayanthara plays the female lead. On the other hand, Rajinikanth is enjoying his Pongal release Petta. He is expected to start work with respect to his next movie, which will be directed by AR Murugadoss.
