"All night fun on Kapil ki shaadi in Amritsar. Tonight sab jaag rahe hain as jagran. Jai Mata Di," Krushna captioned a picture of the gang at the venue. 

Tomorrow, December 12, Kapil will marry longtime girlfriend Ginni Chatrath in Jalandhar, Ginni's hometown and the baarat will travel from Kapil's home in Amritsar. 

Yesterday, his close friend and Firangi director Rajiv Thakur went to the airport to receive sister Richa Sharma whom Kapil loves like an elder sister. Other celebs like Krushna Abhishek, Sumona Chakravarti and Sudesh Lehri have also reached.

Kapil Sharma announced his wedding to his long-time girlfriend, Ginni Chatrath on social media, a few weeks back, with a statement which could be read as, "With great joy in our hearts and blessings of our parents, it gives us immense pleasure to announce that Ginni and I will embark on a new journey of love, respect, and togetherness on 12th of December 2018. We would like to thank each and every one who has been a part of our wonderful sojourn and seek the best wishes and prayers of our loved ones. Lots of love."

On the work front, the date for Kapil Sharma's return to the television has been set for December 23, a day before his Mumbai reception. 

Apart from Sumona and Krushna Abhishek, actors Kiku Sharda and Chandan Prabhakar will also entertain the audience with Kapil Sharma in the new season of The Kapil Sharma Show.
