Bengaluru: The 27-year-old actress Amala Paul’s naked scene in Aadai’s teaser received both praise and criticism for her act. It has also generated a lot of curiosity among audiences regarding what is next in store. 

But reports state that the actress recently revealed that she was feeling very stressed and nervous before shooting the nude scene.

Amala Paul had to be completely naked in the particular scene and the director had informed her earlier that she would be wearing a special costume. Though she asked him not to worry about it at that point, when it was time to shoot the scene, Amala got anxious and wanted to know all the intimate details about how the scene was going to be shot.

The Hindu had quoted Amala Paul as saying, “It is only when I reached that point, I was feeling stressed. I was anxious to know about what is happening on the sets, who were all going to be there, and if there was security.”

The actress further added that there were only 15 people on the sets and that she wouldn’t have done the scene if she did not trust the crew.

Reports stated that if it was not for Aadai, Amala would have quit the film industry as she was not getting offers from good film makers.

Amala reportedly said that she had informed her manager that she wants to quit the film industry. She said that all the synopsis she received seemed like a lie to her. Though they were all heroine-centric movies, the concepts were simple. She reportedly said that she had no interest in being part of these lies.

The star reportedly said that when Rathna Kumar approached her with the Aadai script, she did not feel that it was an original one either.
