Welisara (Sri Lanka): India thrashed Pakistan by seven wickets on Sunday (October 27) to enter the final of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Women's Emerging Teams Cup.

India will face hosts Sri Lanka on Tuesday (October 29). India are on top of the table with two wins from three matches (two wins, one no result). Sri Lanka are second with one win from two games.

On Diwali, spinners Devika Vaidya (4/23) and Sushree Dibyadarshini (3/16) shared seven wickets to bowl out Pakistan for a paltry 106 in 46.5 overs.

Legspinner Devika bowled 9.5 overs and conceded 23 runs for her four wickets. He also bowled one maiden. Offspinner Sushree bowled three maidens in her eight-over spell and gave away just 16 runs.

In reply, India chased down the target in 30 overs. Nuzhat Parween top-scored with 44 from 68 balls. She hit seven fours.

On Saturday (October 26), India had beaten Sri Lanka by 32 runs. India's other match, against Bangladesh was abandoned without a ball bowled.
