Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd, Asia’s largest medical services provider company, started its operation in Jharkhand in 2017, with 31 ambulances and grew to 339 no of well-equipped ambulances serving the state. And has benefited around 7.9 lakhs plus people till date.
In the four & half year period, the company has overcome many obstacles to ensure that people are provided non-disruptive emergency medical response. Ziqitza Healthcare since its inception in the region has served over 7.9 lacs plus cases, which has helped to raise the rate of Institutional Deliveries in the region. Road Accidents being another rising concern in the state, Ziqitza’s 108 run ambulance service has successfully handled hundreds of patients almost every single day. In these years they have played a pivotal role in handling around 72000 plus accident cases and another milestone has been of by serving over 3 lakh infants for neonatal care.
Speaking about this journey, Mr. Milton Singh, Project Head (Jharkhand), Ziqitza Healthcare Limited, said, “The journey of these four & half years in Jharkhand has been incredible and quite enriching. 108 services have been serving people 24 x 7 during the pandemic in the same manner like the regular times. Apart from regular patient transfers many ambulances have been deputed specially for carrying COVID patients in the state. Special services have also been started to drop back patients from medical colleges to districts keeping in mind transport difficulties due to lock down.
