Ishq Vishk Rebound, starring Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Naila Grrewal, and Jibraan Khan, failed to connect with the young audience and failed to perform at the box office after its release last week. The story of the film centers around four friends and their journey of love, friendship, and self-discovery. This was the first lead-part for Rohit Saraf in Bollywood. 

In an interview with News18, Rohit opened up about the poor performance of the movie and how it was out of his 'control'. He is happy with the love and praise from the fans and aims to do better in the future.

Rohit on the box office performance of Ishq Vishk Rebound 

Talking about the performance of his first film as lead, Rohit Saraf said, "I feel like I had such high expectations from myself and it came to my performance in the film because all this while I had a dream that I wanted to be a mainstream hero and I wanted to do a mainstream film. I wanted to be on the big screen and I wanted to see myself dance and all of that so I had like massive expectations for myself. And to meet up with an expectation, I could only do one thing, which was to work tremendously hard for it, which I did. I ensured that every single day when I entered and before I left I ensured that my director and producers were happy with what I did.”

The actor added, "What I can control is that I ensure that I deliver my 100% and I think I was able to do that. I’m also extremely happy and grateful that every single person who has loved my performance has reached out, specifically people from the fraternity, from critics to the media, and every single person who watched it sent really heart-warming messages.”

Ishq Vishk Rebound has earned over Rs 4.8 crore since the release of the film. The movie stars young actors like Pashmina Roshan, Naila Grrewal, Rohit Saraf, and Jibraan Khan. It is directed by Nipun Dharmadhikari and produced by Ramesh Taurani and Jaya Taurani.
