Taking to Twitter, British columnist Katie Hopkins said that the Indian Embassy in London, which is also one of UK's greatest allies, was in filthy mess, blaming Pakistani protesters
London: Renowned British columnist Katie Hopkins lashed out at London mayor Sadiq Khan and the London administration for the havoc witnessed outside the Indian embassy following protests by Pakistan nationals in the UK.
Earlier, hundreds of British-Pakistanis staged a protest outside the Indian embassy in London against India's decision of the withdrawal of special status to Jammu and Kashmir. The agitated protesters pelted eggs at the building and also damaged a window panel of the embassy.
Days later, Katie Hopkins took to Twitter and released two videos in which she was seen walking outside the Indian embassy that was covered with eggs and vegetables.
The Indian Embassy in London - one of our greatest allies - is a filthy mess of eggs and vandalised windows at the hands of Pakistani protesters in the U.K.
Is the Muslim Mayor of London enabling this behaviour?
Why has this not been cleaned up?

On her Twitter account, Hopkins said, "The Indian Embassy in London - one of our greatest allies - is a filthy mess of eggs and vandalised windows at the hands of Pakistani protesters in the UK. Is the Muslim Mayor of London enabling this behaviour? Why has this not been cleaned up? Deeply shaming for Britain (sic)."
Hopkins blamed Pakistan origin mayor Sadiq Khan for the mess outside the embassy and stated that it is a shameful act.
External affairs ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar had also claimed that this incident was "unacceptable" and urged the UK to take necessary steps to ensure normal functioning of the embassy and the safety of the personnel working there.
