Gandhi sought the Governor’s response on the date and time to make a visit.
Malik had addressed Rahul Gandi and tweeted, "Will send you plane, come here, observe."
To this, Rahul Gandhi replied, "Dear Governor Malik, A delegation of opposition leaders and I will take you up on your gracious invitation to visit J&K and Ladakh. We won't need an aircraft but please ensure us the freedom to travel & meet the people, mainstream leaders and our soldiers stationed over there."
This has caused one to wonder whether Rahul Gandhi has a fear of flying, or whether it’s the region to which the aircraft would make the journey.
