Tamil Nadu students campaign against cash for votes

Chennai:  Students and faculty from the Shri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts and Science college were on a mission to spread the message of ‘No cash for votes’ to the people of Chennai.

The students held placards seeking people to vote responsibly and to not encourage ‘cash for votes.’

The message conveyed was that the voters must vote with dignity and not sell their votes to political parties in return for a few rupees.
