Gadag: Karnataka's Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader and former chief minister Siddaramaiah, who had earlier said that the 2019 Lok Sabha election would be his last, has now taken a U-turn from his comment. Lashing out at senior BJP leader KS Eshwarappa, Siddaramaiah said that he would be the next chief minister of Karnataka.
Siddaramaiah made this comment in a bid to challenge the BJP leader, former deputy chief minister KS Eshwarappa while campaigning in Gadag on Thursday.
While addressing a gathering, Siddaramaiah questioned if Eshwarappa had given a BJP ticket to any of the shepherd community leaders. He further went on to say that Eshwarappa is an RSS slave.
