In this episode of Politically Fit, rebel Congress leader Shehzad Poonawalla deals with the comparative advantages of cardiovascular exercises and weight training while simultaneously talking about the merits and demerits of the campaigns of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress president Rahul Gandhi over the epithet "Chowkidar".
Poonawalla says that, while cardio helps burn more calories, weight training helps burn fat faster when your body is in a state of rest. Talking politics, he says that there has been a phenomenal response to the Prime Minister prefixing his name with the word "Chowkidar", which was followed by all BJP ministers and leaders as well as supporters. When Rahul Gandhi responded to "main bhi chowkidar" with a "chowkidar chor hai", and spokesperson of the Congress Pawan Khera said on a news channel that MODI stood for "Masood, Osama, Dawood and ISI", they forgot how the topmost leader of the BJP was good at turning personal attacks to his advantage during electoral campaigns. Poonawalla reminds the viewers of the 2014 campaign where Modi had turned Mani Shankar Aiyar's "chaiwala" jibe into a rallying point.
