India has firmed up a gradual, but significant, shift in its foreign policy in the first few months of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s second term. It has moved decisively from a P2 (US and China) mindset to a P5+2 approach to position itself as a power that makes it it's business to do business with all, rather than keeping distance or taking sides.
