Preparations are being made to provide relief to people suffering from serious diseases in district Shimla. Poor and helpless people of the district will be given two thousand rupees every month under the government's Sahara scheme. Health Minister Vipin Parmar said the scheme has been announced by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur.
