Congress rebel Ramesh Jarkiholi: It is final that I will resign from party, yet to decide time

Congress MLA from Gokak has finally declared that he is all set to resign from the Congress, but is yet to decide when. He made the announcement as soon as he cast his vote for the Lok Sabha elections. "I am just technically in the Congress," he said. The disgruntled MLA, who was shunted out of the  ministry in December last year, had kept away from meetings and campaigns for the party. It was speculated that he would join the BJP, but the MLA said that he will take the decision after quitting the Congress. He also said that he is being sidelined in the party  and that no leader has tried to address his problem.
