Did Nagaland deputy CM wear a BJP scarf inside polling station?

Nagaland deputy CM seems to have created a controversy by donning a BJP neckgear along with its electoral symbol the lotus while casting ballot. Yunthungo Patton was casting his ballot at his native village that falls under Wokha in Nagaland. Carrying electoral symbols inside polling booth is a model code violation.
