India is clearly unhappy with the Congressional resolution on Kashmir. Refusing to meet US lawmakers led by Indian American Congresswoman Pramila Jaypal, external affairs minister S Jaishankar said, "All decisions taken in Kashmir are based on the assessment done by the various agencies. The Indian government is well capable of handling the situation and there is no need for a Congresswoman to preach India on what needs to be done at Kashmir."
