Watch why this Delhi traffic cop is in tears

New Delhi: A Delhi traffic constable has made a short video requesting the top traffic officials to intervene in a matter where he was marked absent even when he was present. 

The constable Kapil Singh, with tears in his eyes, has alleged that the ACP along with other staff has forcefully marked him absent. The constable is deployed in Seemapuri circle. 

Kapil Singh has also alleged that the accused staff threatened him and said that they would ruin his career. So far, Delhi police have not reacted to the video.
