Unfulfilled promises, no vote: Vellayil fishermen plan to boycott Lok Sabha election

Kozhikode: Vellayil natives are about to boycott the Lok Sabha election. They alleged that the Kerala government and the political leaders haven't fulfilled their promise. Fishermen of Vellayil also said that there is no need to vote for leaders, who can't keep promises. They were promised new boats, new harbour facilities and more. After the recent floods, the fishermen complain that the difficulties have only increased.
