Ruckus at JNU: Why has Left Unity become violent

The Left Unity at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) had called for a boycott of the registration demanding withdrawal of the increased hostel fee. The Left Unity was accused of hijacking the office of Communication and Information System and disrupting the internet facilities across JNU.  The students aligned with the ABVP say that they were attacked by the Left Unity students.
