Jhansi (Madhya Pradesh): The Nawabad police registered a case of rape against three persons, including deputy jailer Chotelal Prajapati and his three aides on Saturday (July 27) claiming that the four had spiked her cold drink and took turns to rape her.
According to reports, the victim claimed that the three initially offered her liquor which she refused to drink. Later, the accused drugged her by spiking her cold drinks and took turns to rape her. They also shot a video and threatened the victim that they would post it on social media.
A case has been registered under section 376D of the Indian Penal Code and section 67 of the IT Act. Further investigation is underway.
