Karwar residents thrash naval staffer for drunk driving

Karwar: City traffic police on Saturday (June 22) evening registered a complaint against Raja Sham, a naval staffer for reckless driving and causing damage to property. Raja Sham, who damaged several vehicles while he was at the wheel was, allegedly, in an inebriated state.

Residents of Karwar and owners of the damaged vehicles chased down the vehicle and thrashed Sham in public. He was later handed over to the Karwar Traffic Police.
