Kargil martyr Harish Paul's mother still awaits Punjab govt's promise made 20 years ago

Punjab: Mother of Kargil war martyr Harish Paul is still looking forward  to the government's promise made 20 years ago. When Harish Paul was declared a martyr, the then Punjab government had promised to open a school, a library and a cemetery in the name of Harish. But none of these promises have been fulfilled yet. In fact, the village Paul was born in does not even have a school. She demanded that a school be built and said that she was proud of her son.
