Kamlesh Tiwari murder case: Larger conspiracy in place aimed to target Hindu leaders?

Is Kamlesh Tiwari's murder a one off case? Too many such incidents have been reported in the past couple of months. Going by the manner in which the arrests of the accused have been carried out pan India, it points towards a larger conspiracy.

The police have called it a case of radical murder. Arrests have been carried out in Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat, which suggests that there was a lot of planning that has gone into it.
