Indian Railways to connect India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari before August 15, 2022: Piyush Goyal

New Delhi: Union railway minister Piyush Goyal said on Thursday that Indian Railways will connect the country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari before August 15, 2022. While speaking at the launch of second Vande Bharat Express from Delhi to Katra, Piyush Goyal said, “Indian Railways will connect the country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.” Union home minister Amit Shah and Union railway minister Piyush Goyal flagged off Delhi-Katra Vande Bharat train on October 3 from Delhi. Several other ministers too attended the event including Union minister for health and family welfare, Harsh Vardhan, and minister of state in PMO, Jitendra Singh.
