If Rahul can’t advise Maharashtra CM, how can he criticise PM Modi?

Bengaluru: Former AICC chief Rahul Gandhi’s decision to wash his hands of the Maharashtra mayhem by saying Congress is just a supporting partner has exposed his irresponsibility. At a time when he should have taken the bull by the horns and aided and advised the chief minister in running the government successfully, he has distanced the Congress from being held accountable.
