Heavy rains in Kerala bring down power lines; 2 pedestrians electrocuted

Thiruvananthapuram: Two pedestrians were electrocuted as power lines fell into a waterlogged area during heavy rains in the state. The incident occurred at Pettah in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

The deceased have been identified as Radhakrishnan and Prasanna Kumari. A passer-by noticed bodies of the deceased and informed authorities. Officials also stated that their bodies were found a day after they were electrocuted.
