Free bus rides for women in Delhi: Who are you fooling, Mr Kejriwal?

Bengaluru: Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced the women can travel free of cost on Delhi corporation buses from October 29. He also said that 13000 marshals had been appointed to take care of women passengers.
