Cyclone Fani: Andhra Pradesh man dies as compound collapses on him due to heavy rains

Doddanekundi: An Andhra Pradesh native was killed when a compound wall crashed on him during heavy rains in Doddanekundi. The deceased has been identified as Shiva Kailash Reddy, an HR professional.

The heart-breaking incident took place while the 30-year-old man was walking back home after work. The 8-foot-high goshala compound wall made of hollow cement bricks collapsed due to the heavy rains. According to sources, the mud that was piled up on the other side of the wall exerted pressure on it, leading to the collapse.
