Bengaluru man drives 42,000 km without honking, sets example with three-year 'silence'

Bengaluru: Bharathi Athinarayanan, a Bengaluru resident, who hails from Tamil Nadu, has set an example by travelling 42,000 km in three years  without honking. He took part in the 'No Honking campaign' that was started in 2016. Since then, he has been travelling without honking, no matter what the traffic condition is. He not only drives without honking, but also creates awareness through stickers that have  messages like ‘Horn Not Okay Please’ and ‘Quiet Please’ No Honking Unless for Danger’.
