Article 370 scrapped: Telangana high court lawyers celebrate Centre's decision

Hyderabad: Lawyers of Telangana high court on Monday (August 5) celebrated the decision made by the Centre and praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government for scrapping Articles 370 and 35A in Jammu and Kashmir. They also said that with this move of the Central government India could finally be at peace.

The Central government on Monday (August 5) made a historic move by scrapping Article 370 which gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir. The government proposed that the state be bifurcated into two union territories, Jammu and Kashmir and also Ladakh.
