Andhra Pradesh: Black circle around Sun surprises people in Krishna district

Krishna (Andhra Pradesh): A black circle was found in the sky in Kanchikacherla, Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh on Saturday (June 29). The people in the area witnessed a bright ring around the Sun for a few minutes.

Similarly, in 2018, the natives of Shivamogga, Karnataka, witnessed a bright ring around the Sun on  September 24. It was reported at that time, that it was a rare optical and atmospheric phenomenon called 22-degree sun halo.
