After DK Shivakumar, brother DK Suresh under ED radar; BJP says 'let's not politicise'

Bengaluru: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday (September 30) has served notice to Lok Sabha MP DK Suresh with respect to transfer of property. Bengaluru Rural MP Suresh is the lone Congress parliamentarian in Lok Sabha from Karnataka.
He is also the brother of senior Congress leader and former minister DK Shivakumar, who is now in Tihar Jail in connection to a money laundering case.
Meanwhile, Karnataka deputy chief minister Ashwath Narayan said, "These events should not be politicised. DK Shivakumar's case is under law and order. If everything is politicised, people would no longer fear the government's rule. So, everyone is equal before the law. "
