Hyderabad: India were 80/1 at lunch on the second day of the second Test against West Indies here on Saturday. And opener KL Rahul failed again with the bat.
West Indies were all out for 311 in their first innings after Umesh Yadav's six-wicket haul.
Rahul, carrying a baggage from the recent England tour, was feeling for deliveries outside the off stump on a good batting track that is offering very little lateral movement, while Prithvi Shaw was going ballistic at the other end.
Clearly, Rahul's mind is still in England. He had failed the whole series but rediscovered form in the final innings of the tour with a century. He has been dismissed bowled or LBW in 10 of his last 12 Test innings. On Saturday, he was bowled by Windies captain Jason Holder for four runs.
Here’s how Twitter reacted on Rahul’s dismissal.

— zac_01 (@r_ydv)Dear KL Rahul,
work on your technique or else you’re gonna be ousted forever!
lord got out cheaply again. Unfortunately for him that there is no 10th inning in this series for him to hit a century and seal his place again.
