Sung by none other than TKR skipper Dwayne Bravo, the minute-long anthem is upbeat and wraps up with the English version of 'Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo Re', which is 'Play. Fight. Win. Repeat'
If you are Knight Riders fan then there’s something or the other happening throughout the year to keep you interested. Just a few days ago, the Kolkata Knight Riders launched the KKR Academy and became the first Indian Premier League (IPL) team to conduct training sessions during the off-season.

At the same time, the Trinbago Knight Riders are getting ready to defend their title in the upcoming edition of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
Apart from the fact that the two franchises have a similar name and are co-owned by Shah Rukh Khan, there are a few more similarities that have garnered the attention of the KKR fans towards their Caribbean cousins.
Both the teams have won the title twice in their respective leagues. KKR won in 2012 and 2014 while TKR were champions in 2015 and 2017.
The likes of Sunil Narine, Brendon McCullum, Chris Lynn, Colin Munro, Darren Bravo, Javon Searles, Johan Botha, Cameron Delport and Jacques Kallis have gone on to represent both the franchises.
And a new addition to the list of these similarities is the team anthem. While KKR’s famous anthem 'Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo Re' has ruled the charts for years, TKR have launched their anthem 'We Is the Champion', with a similar victory call.
Sung by none other than TKR skipper Dwayne Bravo, the minute-long anthem is upbeat and wraps up with the English version of 'Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo Re', which is 'Play. Fight. Win. Repeat'.
While the 'Champion' singer has aced the lyrics of the anthem, what would be interesting to see is if he's able to lead the side to another title win.
The side boasts of a good mix with Dwayne Bravo, Lynn, Narine, McCullum, Darren Bravo, Denesh Ramdin, Munro, Fawad Ahmed, Khary Pierre, Ali Khan, Shannon Gabriel, Searles, Terrance Hinds, Kevon Cooper, Nikita Miller, Anderson Phillip, Hamza Tariq and Amir Jangoo in the ranks.
The league commences on 8 August with the defending champions taking on St Lucia Stars.
