Kannada superstar Yash, who will soon start shooting his next movie, KGF: Chapter 2, has grabbed headlines as he has been doing over the months, but this time over a controversy
Yash who is in the best phase of his career yet, might have to face a lawsuit. According to reports, Yash and his mother did not vacate the rented house that they stayed in despite constant reminders by the landlord.
Later, his landlord sought legal intervention to evict them from the flat. Reportedly, Yash and his family were not willing to pay the raise in rent amount charged by the landlord.
Yash and his mother offered to buy the house from the landlord as they considered it a “lucky home,” but the landlord refused to sell his property citing the same reason.
According to a report by Filmibeat, Yash apparently called the landlord's family member to a hotel and threatened to ruin the family’s reputation if he did not make statements in favour of him. Reports are doing rounds on social media, that a member of the landlord’s family has accused Yash of threatening him. However, there is no confirmation on this yet.
According to reports, KGF star Yash and his family was asked to vacate their house in March. However, Yash’s mother Pushpa asked for an extension until May 31, which was granted by the high court. The family has now vacated the flat.
Yash will be seen in a very different avatar in his next flick, KGF: Chapter 2.
